Brought car in on 2/28. Needed new engine and parts , covered by warranty. Still waiting on car, was told it be ready by now. Planned trip to take girlfriends’s ashes home, can’t keep delaying it.
Drop off, actual service, and pick up were all simple and efficient. Service was performed as requested and vehicle was ready when promised.
We bought our car last year and got our first free oil change. Sadly you charged us for a tire rotation…at least when we had our Toyotas…which we have had for over 30 years they never charged us for tire rotation…have second thoughts on our Nissan purchase…
We brought the car in for warranty work. When the technician found the problem, I was shown what was wrong and given advice on how to keep the problem from reoccurring. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Great people and great service. They keep my car in good running condition. Which is good because i dont sitting in the waiting room. Tv volume could be lower. Now i was not happy with the quality of the battery. I try to buy a long last one. It failed at 2 years 3 months. We must do better with making things that should be five years actually last. Dont want to be stuck. Dont want call aaa.

The service team is the best I’ve ever seen! Every single time I get my vehicle serviced there, it’s the same incredible service!
I brought my car to Nissan three times in 12 days because of multiple issues — ABS/brake lights, noise while turning, and later the A/C not working. Even after all these visits, nothing was fixed properly.
I already paid for two diagnostics, yet when I asked them to inspect the A/C issue, they told me I needed to pay for another diagnostic, even though they had my car several times and should have checked everything the first time. They never inspected the A/C at all.

I appreciated the honest feedback that I didn’t need tire rotation. I was in and out for oil change and they washed the vehicle as well.
They recognized what my car needed (tires) before I was aware. Brooke and Danny were very professional in scheduling and getting all the work done, which was a big job this time. 60K service plus tires plus brakes. It feels good knowing that all the safety issues are fixed.

Danny Miller is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with at ANY dealership! He listened intently to the issue with my car, was very kind and immediately addressed the problem having a service person look at the car with him and me right away! I had thought I would have to return to fix the issue but was pleasantly surprised that the problem was resolved that day! Danny deserves a great big raise, those awesome traits are rare in service people today! Great service all around!

Trevor(?) greeted me immediately when I walked in. He was very courteous. The waiting room was comfortable, well lit, and had a stockpile of cold beverages (but no donuts 😥). I didn’t have to long of a wait, and I left with a nicely washed car!
Professional and easy to work with, however Its appropriate to tell customers there is a 5% additional charge for using your credit card. Which of course most customers would need to use. Finding out when paying is not customer first.

When traveling from Corpus Christi, TX to Rocky River, Ohio my cruise control failed. I contacted Danny at Nissan of North Olmsted and got an immediate appointment to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the warranty part(s) overnight and repaired my Titan the next day. Great service and attitude of all the employees.

Tom, the Service Advisor was very friendly & explained everything well so I knew exactly what the problem was & how they were going to fix it. I liked the free wi-fi so I could continuing working & not miss work. Thought your labor rate was a bit high though. Guess that's to be expected from a dealership. Overall, good experience!
I like the place and service. There just seemed to be some confusion that day and there were some misunderstandings. A human day with bad weather influence. Also saw a sign they were short staffed.

I had 2 coupons-$20 off an oil change and free tire rotation but when my car was done they said since I used 2 coupons it was only $10 off the oil change. This has never happened before.
