Trevor(?) greeted me immediately when I walked in. He was very courteous. The waiting room was comfortable, well lit, and had a stockpile of cold beverages (but no donuts 😥). I didn’t have to long of a wait, and I left with a nicely washed car!
Professional and easy to work with, however Its appropriate to tell customers there is a 5% additional charge for using your credit card. Which of course most customers would need to use. Finding out when paying is not customer first.

I have always gotten great service from your agency. I have bought two cars from you and get all my service done with your agency. I was annoyed to learn, without any advance warning, that you are now charging an extra 3% on credit card payments. I am not happy.

When traveling from Corpus Christi, TX to Rocky River, Ohio my cruise control failed. I contacted Danny at Nissan of North Olmsted and got an immediate appointment to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the warranty part(s) overnight and repaired my Titan the next day. Great service and attitude of all the employees.
Good service but if you want to pay using a credit card they charge you 3%.

I was able to schedule the appointment that worked with my schedule. Tom, the Service Advisor was very friendly & explained everything well so I knew exactly what the problem was & how they were going to fix it. I liked the free wi-fi so I could continuing working & not miss work. Thought your labor rate was a bit high though. Guess that's to be expected from a dealership. Overall, good experience!
I like the place and service. There just seemed to be some confusion that day and there were some misunderstandings. A human day with bad weather influence. Also saw a sign they were short staffed.

Went to appointment for oil change, recommended services, came back for appointment to have work done because of 10% return offer. I made the appointment online with notes for the work to be completed with pricing. Next day I called to confirm details and pricing and talked to someone/confirmed details. I had 2 coupons-$20 off an oil change and free tire rotation but when my car was done they said since I used 2 coupons it was only $10 off the oil change. This has never happened before. EDIT!!-After getting a call from the service department, my bill was fully explained and the adjustments I received were more than what I initially thought. Thank you Nissan!

Danny and the rest of the crew were friendly and helpful, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, my wait time was shorter than I expected. I also had questions about updating my GPS and everything I needed to know was explained to me thoroughly.

Service was only 40 minutes wait time for oil change and tire rotation. The only negative was the cost was much higher than going to a quick oil and lube. It was over $100 compared to $50 for the same service. That was not expected but I was already at the dealership for service so I approved the cost. Next time will call ahead to price services.

1st time @ North Olmsted Nissan. I had an appointment for 11 o'clock on Tuesday, I was there about 10:50 to be a little early & was actually done & on my way home before 11:30. Only fixed what was needed to be fixed & didn't try to upsell me on anything like some other dealers have done to me in the past. Will definitely be back.
